What if our site has more than 250 pages?
Our Pro plan crawls up to 250 pages per scan. For larger sites with hundreds or thousands of pages, contact us for a custom quote with higher page, site, scan and team limits.
What is the difference between the PDF report and the dashboard?
The PDF report is emailed to you after each scan and suits formal attachments and board presentations. The dashboard shows the same findings in an interactive view you can filter by severity, with fix guidance and code examples for common issues, and lets you mark what you have fixed and see what a rescan finds again.
What counts as a scan?
One full audit run of a monitored site across all crawled pages, whether triggered manually or on a recurring automated schedule.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
A scan you start yourself is refused with a clear message naming the limit and how to lift it. Scheduled scans are skipped once the month's allowance is used, and we email you when that happens. Nothing is billed unexpectedly.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time directly from your dashboard.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Sites over the new plan's limit are paused, keeping your most recently added, and nothing is deleted. Leaving Pro removes team members and pending invites. Scan history older than the new plan's retention window (Free 30 days, Monitor 6 months) is deleted by a weekly cleanup, so download any reports you want to keep first.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free: $490 a year for Monitor and $1,990 a year for Pro, instead of twelve monthly payments.
